论生态文明的理念定位、价值取向和路径依赖

社会主义和谐社会建设中，生态文明被赋予特定的含义。其理念定位是有经有权，有破有立，利人利物；其价值取向是志在和谐，事在小康，路在持续。生态文明的路径依赖包括从自然资源的不合理利用转向知识资源的科学增值，从“单向索取”转向人与自然合理的“物质交换”，从粗放型生产方式转向集约型生产方式。

Ecological Civilization:Its Concept,Value-orientation and Route of Implementation

The construction of harmonious socialist society gives ecological civilization specific meanings： it must be economic and powerful, be brave enough to establish new ideology and get away from old ideas, benefit both human beings and the environment; its value orientation is to construct a harmonious, welfare and sustainable society. The ways to realize the above goals is subject to the transformation from irrational use of natural resources into scientific use of intellectual resources, from ＂one-sided＂ demand into natural and rational ＂exchange of substance＂, from the ＂extensive ＂mode of production into the ＂ intensive＂ one.
