环境承载阀值、环境质量与EKC关系研究

环境库兹涅茨曲线阐述了经济增长与环境质量变化之间的关系。由于环境库兹涅茨曲线源于实证研究．受到了很多质疑。本文旨在总结国内外已有的研究成果和经验，从两个角度对环境库兹涅茨曲线的存在性提出质疑。首先，环境库兹涅茨曲线存在的前提是不存在环境承载阀值；其次，研究区域必须具有经济意义。只有满足这两个条件，才有可能存在环境库兹涅茨曲线。本文从一个新的视角研究了污染与收入之间的关系．提出相关的政策建议。

Study on Relationship among Environmental Capacity Threshold,Environment Quality and Environmental Kuznets Curve

Environmental Kuznets Curve interprets the relationship between the economic growth and environment quality change. As the EKC derived from empirical studies, it has been questioned a lot. This article aims to summarize the past researches and experiences in EKC at home and abroad, and question the existence of the EKC from two aspects. Firstly, if there exits the EKC, there is no environmental capacity threshold. Secondly, the regions studyed must have economic significance. Only these two conditions are met, there may be EKC. From a new perspective, .the paper studys the relationship between pollution and income, and puts forward relevant policies and recommendations.
