| Abstract: | It is a new angle to explore the relationship between fully constructing the well - off society and women development from the scientific developmental perspective. The establishment of scientific development will make women development become a strategical question of fully constructing the well - off society. It will also guide women development to the "expressway" of fully constructing the well - off society. The establishment and implementation of scientific development will strengthen the scientism and practice of women development at present. |
