| Abstract: | There is a deep inner relationship between legislation of private law education and legal system reform in modern China.Private law education plays a role of lever in new legal civilization in the transition of traditional legal system to modern legal system.As private law education is under the influence of political utilitarian purposes,it has both positive and negative effects on the development of social and political laws in modern China. |
