调整南北粮食生产格局 确保我国粮食安全

改革开放 2 0年来 ,我国南北粮食生产格局的变化 ,促进了我国粮食生产的发展。面对干旱发展趋势和人口增长的压力 ,从我国未来对粮食需求的角度 ,审视了南北粮食生产格局变化的得失 ,提出调整南北农业结构和重新发挥我国南方粮食生产优势的认识 ,并就粮食面积、粮食安全、粮食加工、粮食进口等关乎农业二、三非农产业结构发展 ,农民收益增加等问题进行了探讨

Restructuring Grain Production in Southern and Northern Regions to Ensure Grain Safety

Grain production structure of northern and southern areas in China has changed over the 20 years reform and opening up in China, which improves grain production. In this paper, faced with drought expansion and population growth, advantages and disadvantages of changes of grain production structure in Northern and southern areas are examined in terms of further demand for grain yield . Based on analysis above, the author suggests that priorities of grain production be given to the Southern China and its dominant position of grain production be strengthened. Meanwhile, there are some problems such as: grain planning area, grain safety, grain processing, grain import. These problems mentioned above are related to agriculture and farmer's income in the second and tertiary industries. All these problems are discussed.
