高职院校人力资源管理探究

摘    要:在审视和甄别传统人事管理与人力资源管理根本差异的基础上,科学地认知人力资源管理的本质是强调以人为中心、将人作为一种重要资源加以开发、利用和管理,并紧密结合高等职业院校的实际就其管理理念、管理制度和机制创新等进行了探讨,旨在通过全新的现代人力资源管理理论的运用和理念的确立,来全面推动和实现高等职业教育以人为本、全面协调可持续的科学发展。
