| 摘 要： | 行政执法是当代社会最经常的行政现象,加强对它的研究和探讨,有利于我们全面、正确地把握其内涵和本质,推进行政法治。然而,目前法学界对行政执法的称谓和内涵却一直未达成共识。本文从国家管理机关职能划分的视角出发,剖析了行政执法的基本内涵,并揭示了行政执法在国家管理活动中的显著特点。

| Abstract: | Nowadays the execution of administrative law is one of the most popular administrative phenomena. Further research and discussion can help us get the proper understanding of its connotation and essence. Furthermore,it can also help to promote rule of law. However,until now jurists can't reach a consensus on the title and connotation of the execution of administrative law. This paper aims to analyze the basic sense of execution of administrative law and reveal its distinctive characteristic. |
