| 摘 要： | 在我国社会保障基金投资运营机制中,较为单一的投资结构、不够健全的运作方式和相对较低的投资收益,成为制约社会保障基金保值增值的重要原因。融资力度的加大、投资环境的改善、监督管理的加强、多元化投资战略的实施,是新时期社保基金投资运营健康发展的必然选择。

| Abstract: | In the mechanism of our social security fund investment operation,the relative single investment structure,the insufficiently perfect operation way and the relative low investment income,have become the important reasons which restrict the appreciation of social security fund.Enlarging the fund scale,reforming the investment environment,strengthening supervision management and carrying out the multiplex investment strategy are the inevitable choices which ensure healthy development of social security fund in the new period. |
