社会角色理论在发展项目管理课程教学中的应用

摘    要:
采用小组工作、案例研究、项目实践等方法,对社会角色理论在项目管理教学中的应用进行了系统分析,结果表明,通过教学改革,建议学生参与发展项目实践并进行职业角色演练,培养学生社会职业角色认识、促进职业角色适应和学生与员工的职业角色转变。建议教师在教学过程中明确自身的角色定位,根据教学需要调整教学方法,保证大学生职业角色培养的连贯性。社会角色理论在发展项目管理教学中的应用,完善了项目管理学教学理论,促使高等教育与社会实践紧密结合,提高管理学科的教学水平。

Abstract:
With the methods of team work, cases research and project practice the application of the socialrole theory in teaching of project management was analysed and based on this theory the teaching methods were reformed. The results show that the effect of teaching reform is significant,and in the reform students can take part in the project practice, occupation role cultivating and the reorganization of occupation role and transformation between college students and staff. Reasonable advice is made that teachers should realize their role position during the process of teaching and choose suitable teaching methods according to teaching needs and the cultivation of college students' occupation role be continuous. It is shown that application of the social-role theory in teaching of development project management helps explore and perfect management-science-related teaching theories, boost the combination of higher education and social practice, improve the teaching level of management discipline and really direct and serve practice.
