| 摘 要： | 我国十二五期间应该把商业银行的科技金融功能的建设摆到重要议事日程,重新构建发展与创新型经济相适应的新型融资服务体系。应鼓励商业银行以控风险、早布局为原则,以建设和完善其科技银行功能(科技专营机构)为突破口,加大信贷投入、调整信贷结构,加快科技金融产品和服务方式创新,在实现支持经济发展方式转变的同时,实现商业银行业务的战略转型,确立商业银行在科技金融中的领军地位。
