| 摘 要： | 老龄化社会的到来给中国社会带来了挑战,庞大的老年群体对社会服务的需求越来越大,必将推动老年产业的快速发展.我国的社会福利制度正由补缺型向普惠型转变.社会福祉制度的转变需要高素质的社会福祉人才.但是,目前我国福祉人才培养体系尚未建立起来,福祉人才严重短缺.培养专业福祉人才,给职业教育带来了新的机遇与挑战. |

| Abstract: | The arrival of aging society bings challenges to Chinese society;giant senile group has a more and more greater need towards social services,will inevitably promote the rapid development of the aged industry.The social welfare system of our country is changing from deficiency-remedy type to widespread benefit type.The change of social welfare system requires high-quality social welfare personnel.However,at present,welfare personnel training system has not yet established in our country,the welfare talents are critically short of.The cultivation of professional welfare personnel will bring new opportunities and challenges to vocational education. |
