90后大学生人格特质与创业意向关系研究——以自我认同感为调节变量

文章研究90后大学生人格特质、自我认同感、创业自我效能感和创业意向之间的关系。以90后大学生人格特质作为解释变量,创业自我效能感和创业意向为被解释变量,自我认同感为调节变量,建立理论模型。采用调查问卷的方法,使用随机抽样获得有效问卷308份。采用SPSS17.0对问卷数据进行分析得出:90后大学生人格特质与创业自我效能感和创业意向正相关;自我认同感的高低对创业自我效能感和创业意向具有一定的调节作用,但是调节作用不显著;创业自我效能感对创业意向有较好的正向预测作用。

The Research on the Relationship between Personality Traits and Entrepreneurial Intention of Post 90s College Students：Self-identity as Regulating Variable

The paper researches the relationship between personality traits,entrepreneurial self-efficacy,self-iden-tity,and entrepreneurial intention of post 90s college students.The theory model is set up in which personality traits of post 90s college students act as independent variables,entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial in-tention act as the dependent variables,and self-identify is the moderator.Taking the method of questionnaire,it obtains 308 valid questionnaires which are used random sampling method.The paper uses SPSS17.0 for analysis, and the results show that：there is significant positive correlation between personality traits and entrepreneurial self-identity and entrepreneurial intention;self-efficacy has certain regulation effect to entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial intention,but not significant.Entrepreneurial self-efficacy has better positive prediction function on entrepreneurial intention.
