| 摘 要： | 从居民个人合理的住房消费支出及住房中福利成分的大小入手 ,结合居民住房需求情况 ,借鉴供求关系的理论与方法 ,分析论证了洛阳市居民收入水平、消费结构及合理的住房消费水平 ,提出了居民对房价的承受能力和降低房价、提高居民住房有效需求的措施和加快住房制度改革的政策建议

| Abstract: | Based on the residents rational expenditure, the proportion of the welfare in housing expenditure, the residents requirements for housing, and the theory of the supply and demand relationship, the resident income level and consuming structure in Luoyang are analyzed and testified. The resident consumption ability is presented, measures to the reduction of the housing price and to the improvement of the residents effective requirements are put forward, and the way to accelerating housing policy reform is suggested. |
