高校教师工作生活质量的模糊综合评价模型

以西安、广州两地的高校教师为调查研究的对象,在已经建立的工作生活质量综合评价指标体系的基础上,运用多层次多算子二型模糊数学工具对其群体的工作生活质量综合评价进行计算,且以职称与学历为分类标准进行实例演算,得出各个层级教师的工作生活质量评价结果,并将结果进行比较与分析。

Indistinct Synthetic Evaluation Model of the Quality of Work Life of Teachers in Universities and Colleges

Based on the data of investigation on teachers in universities and colleges in Xi'an and Guangzhou, a multiple-levels and multiple-arithmetic-operators indistinct mathematic model on the QWL evaluation target system is established. Teachers are classified into two basic categories on the title of professional post and educational level. The evaluations of assistant-professors, professors and so on, are calculated too. After contrasting and analyzing the evaluations, the paper reaches some conclusions.
