| 摘 要： | 21世纪 ,伴随着知识经济的快速兴起和技术的高速发展 ,为使教育适应时代要求 ,培养符合新世纪发展要求的大学生 ,高校应围绕素质教育 ,以全新的教育理念 ,在体制创新的基础上 ,培养适应时代特点的大学生。本篇文章重点强调了人格教育和个别教育在素质教育中的重要性。

| Abstract: | In 21st century knowledge economy is bursting up and technology is developing at high speed. In order to make higher education fit to the request of the time, the universities must try hard to train all kinds of students to be talents. In this condition, the universities should put stress on the need of quality education. They should have a new education mind and train the students on the education system innovation. It is important to strengthen personality education and individual education in quality education. |
