摘    要:
日韩之间的船舶归属问题是二战后随着朝鲜半岛摆脱日本殖民统治恢复独立而产生的重要外交课题。二战后,韩国方面积极向日本提出船舶归还要求,这与其确立的优先振兴农、林、水产业的国家发展战略有密切关系。而在战后急于重建的日本政府则对韩国方面的船舶归还要求采取了消极拖延、等待风向转变的态度。美国等盟国由初期支持韩国,后转为扶持日本,态度十分暖昧。

Abstract:
The dispute over the ship ownership between Japan and ROK was a major diplomatic issue after the end of WWII, when the Korean Peninsula was freed from the colonial domination of Japan and restored its independence. From the end of WWII, ROK claimed to return the ships in order to realize its developing strategies of invigorating its agriculture, forestry and aquatic industry. Meanwhile, Japan government, eager to reconstruct its economy, took an negative attitude toward the claim of ROK, that is, to delay the time of making the final decision and wait for the transference of international situation. The USA, as an allied nation, took an ambiguous attitude by first supporting ROK and then Japan.
