民办高校党建与督导工作研究

以陕西民办高校党建情况为切入点,就当前我国民办高校、独立学院与非学历高等教育机构党建工作中存在的十个问题及产生的原因进行了全面分析;根据中央、国务院向民办高校选派党组织负责人和委派督导专员的举措,结合民办高校的现状,就如何处理好九个关系以及应采取的八项对策进行了阐述,供有关部门和民办高校参考。

Study of Party Building and Supervising Work in Non-governmental Institutions of Higher Learning

Based on the Party building work of non-governmental institutions of higher learning in Shaanxi,the paper makes an all-round analysis of the 10 problems existing in the Party building work in our non-governmental institutions of higher learning,independent colleges and non-credential educational institutions.In line with the requirements of the Party Central Committee and the State Council for dispatch of Party responsible personnel and supervisors to non-governmental institutions of higher learning and in view of the status quo of non-governmental institutions of higher learning,it expounds how to deal with the nine relations and how to implement the eight measures adopted. The paper is of some reference value to the current study of Party building work and to the implementation of supervisor system in non-governmental institutions of higher learning.
