| 摘 要： | 遗传资源是生态文明的演进之源,并已成为后TRIPS时代国家战略的重要依托。然而,当前的遗传资源却面临着锐减与流失危险,前景堪忧。为了对遗传资源有一个更为明晰的认识,有必要采取遗传材料+传统知识的结合方式,对遗传资源的内涵作界定。如此,更有利于使遗传资源保护真正落到实处,能够有效避免遗传材料保护因欠缺多样性保护与持续利用的方法保障而沦为空中楼阁。

| Abstract: | Inheritance resources are the source of ecological civilization and have become the support of the national strategy in the times after TRIPS.However,inheritance resources are losing now.To understand inheritance resources clearly,we should define it by way of inheritance data plus traditional knowledge.If so,it is favorable to protect inheritance resources and prevent losing of some important inheritance resources. |
