| Abstract: | The tort liability law system adapted to the needs of the social development is becoming more and more mature.The tort liability law system in China,absorbing some foreign advanced legal achievements and experience,summarizing Chinese local law experience and judicial practices,carrying out the human-oriented concept,has carried out a series of institutional innovations,which has taken on a new look of Chinese characteristics. |
