| 摘 要： | 在新的历史时期，中国共产党十分重视行政战略体系下按科学发展观的要求提高行政决策水平。但是，行政战略体系下现行行政决策机制存在一些尚待完善的问题。因此，进一步改革和完善行政战略体系下的行政决策机制，就显得非常重要。

| Abstract: | In the new historical period, under China＇s executive strategic system the Chinese Communist Party attaches great importance to the improvement of executive decision-making level according to the requirements of scientific development. However, under the current executive strategic systems the executive decision-making mechanism is faced with some problems, which needed be addressed. Therefore, it is very important to further reform and improve the executive decision-making mechanism under the executive strategic system. |
