| 摘 要： | 21世纪,给种子事业注入无限生机和活力的同时,也给几十年一贯制的国有种子公司的生存与发展带来严重的挑战与冲击。对此,国有公司必须认清形势,转变观念,彻底改制,走强强联合之路,组建股份制种子企业集团。同时转换机制,强化内部管理,并重点抓研发培育或买断有品种权的新品种,以增强公司发展后劲,占领更多更大的种子市场。
