| 摘 要： | 社会转型时期产生了多元的权利和利益诉求,带来社会失衡,应用法社会学理论研究民间组织在构建和谐社会中的作用可以发现:民间组织能够反映"社会人"的多元化利益诉求,架起公共权利和民间社会的互动桥梁,有利于实现社会和谐。西部地区民间组织发育不足,需创造良好的法律环境,以培育和发展民间组织,防止社会动荡和危机。

| Abstract: | NGOs can embody the civil society,and the civil order is the foundation of the legal order through their public service.NGOs can put forward the transform of the governmental function,the development of NGOs can accelerate the diversity of the society.NGOs can also protect the interests of certain groups and establish the neutral reaction between government and NGOs.It's quite sure that NGOs can promote the harmony and the steadiness of society.Yet the development of the NGOs is still not satisfactory and we must promote the development of NGOs so as to construct a harmonious society. |
