| Abstract: | Science and technology has become a key factor pushing the advance of society and the development of economy.So the significanceof the technology production transform has been prominent,and technology itself has been the most fundamental factor in the transform as well.However,with the development of economy and society,other factors,such as management,venture investment,capital and so on,have effects on the technology productions transform as well.This paper mainly discusses the non-tech factors that affect the technology productions transform. |
