| 摘 要： | "规范性强权"意味着运用规则、价值观及观念来规范世界政治和经济。"规范性强权"欧盟反映了其通过价值规范来追求自我利益和进行实力政治建设的战略目标。对"规范性强权"欧盟概念的内涵演变、成因以及欧盟作为全球"规范性强权"的资源和局限性予以讨论,运用政治经济分析方法,探究欧盟发挥全球规范性影响的战略意图和利益目标,进而解析"规范性强权"欧盟对中欧战略伙伴关系的影响,对于中欧关系的和谐发展具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Normative power means that world politics and economy is run by norms and notions. Normative power EU is a reflection of its strategy aim to the pursuit of self interest and construction of realpolitik. The paper examines conceptual evolution of normative power EU and makes discussion on EU's advantage and limitation as a global normative power. Moreover, it explores EU's strategy purpose and interest aim and makes an explanation of its influence on Sino-EU strategic partnership. |
