| 摘 要： | 隐私权的法律保护是现代法治国家对公民人身权保护的一项重要内容。然而对公民隐私权的保护又必然会与公民的另一项基本权利－－知情权发生冲突，如何协调它们之间的冲突？本文试从三个方面对这一矛盾的解决进行探析。
