| Abstract: | A high degree of participation on the part of the residents is one of the basic requirements as well as an important mark of the establishment of an urban community＇s autonomy of sports.Therefore,we should make every effort to enhance the residents＇ sense of participation in their local autonomy of sports by taking a variety of measures,including：to heighten the residents＇ community consciousness,to share the community benefits among all members,to organize the residents for participation in management,to provide specialized service for residents,to make community＇s autonomy of sports be the principal form of management,and so on.All these measures will help to form a driving force for the development of the community＇s autonomy of sports. |
