| 摘 要： | 企业承担社会责任是大势所趋，中国的民营企业也不例外。通过对民营企业承担社会责任的经济学分析，得出承担社会责任不仅有利于企业可持续发展、增进整个社会的福利，而且也有助于提高企业的核心竞争力，因此，社会各界应共同努力，通过强化民营企业社会责任的约束与激励，促进民营企业承担社会责任。

| Abstract: | Nowadays,enterprises have to shoulder social responsibility and private enterprises are not an exception.In this article,it can be seen that the social responsibility shouldered by private enterprises does not only benefit the improvement of the sustainable development of enterprise and social welfare but also benefits the enhancement of the enterprise competitive power through economic analysis.Therefore,all of social parts should strive together in order to promote private enterprises' social responsibility through raising restraint and incentive scheme of social responsibility of private enterprises. |
