| 摘 要： | 文章考察了我国的占补平衡的实际情况,分析了占补平衡中存在的一些问题,提出了依照我国的土地法规,利用农用地分等的成果,采取补充耕地数量质量按等级折算的方法来解决占补平衡工作的一些问题的思路和对策。

| Abstract: | Based on the results of farmland gradation,this paper brings forward several methods to resolve the problems of the requisition-compensation balance of arable land.China's actual instances of requisition-compensation balance of arable land are taken into account.The authors think that the balance should be converted into quantity-quality balance by gradation of farmland. |
