| 摘 要： | 文章在对绵阳市城市化进程和其发展水平进行探讨的基础上，以城市化与城市土地集约利用的关系为依据，运用主成分分析法对绵阳市土地集约利用进行定量评价，分析其空间差异。并在此基础上提出严格控制新增建设用地、优化城市土地利用结构等建议措施。

| Abstract: | Based on the discussion of the urbanization process and its development level, according to the relationship between urbanization and intensive use of urban land, this paper evaluates Mianyang＇s intensive use of land quantitatively with Principal Component Analysis, analyzes its spatial differences of the space in Mianyang City, and proposes some suggestions, such as controlling new construction sites strictly, optimize the structure of urban land use, etc. |
