| 摘 要： | 医疗责任险在我国还处于刚刚起步阶段,要求患者购买“医疗事故险”或“医疗意外险”显失公平;强制医院购买商业性的医疗责任险,并不能将医疗机构从医患纠纷中解救出来。所以,针对我国的国情,我们应该建立一种互助性的医疗责任保险,由医师协会负责处理医患纠纷的一切事宜。

| Abstract: | In China,medical liability insurance is still at the initial stage and it is unfair that patients are required to purchase "medical accident insurance".Even if hospitals are forced to purchase commercial medical liability,it will not settle the "doctor-patient dispute".Therefore it is necessary to set up a medical liability insurance system based on the principle of mutual aidthe doctor association is responsible to deal with the entire doctor-patient dispute". |
