摘    要:网络对学生心理健康具有明显的影响,表现为:学生对网络的心理需求多元化、自制力弱、娱乐性强、交友目的强、伪装与猎奇心理严重、网络成瘾等。这与学生自身心理发展的脆弱、角色虚拟与混乱、网络发展的快捷性及环境的复杂性等因素有很大关系。因此,应在学生中开展网络心理健康教育,对存在网络心理健康问题的学生进行心理干预,对网络成瘾的学生采取厌恶疗法、生物反馈疗法、自我控制法、模仿法等治疗方法,从而改善和提升学生的心理健康素质。

Abstract:The Internet has an obvious impact on the students’ mental health as follows: the diversification of their psychological needs for the Internet,weak self-control,strong purpose of entertainment and making friends,serious psychological disguise and curiosity as well as Internet addiction,etc.This is closely related to such factors as their own fragile psychological development,virtual and confused roles,the rapid development of the Internet and the complexity of the environment.Therefore,in order to improve and enhance their psychological health constitution,it is essential to develop mental health education regarding the Internet issues among them,conduct psychological intervention for those with mental health problems regarding the Internet;as to those with Internet addiction,the following therapeutic measures are needed: aversion therapy,biofeedback therapy,self-control method and behavior modeling approach.
