| 摘 要： | 近些年来,由于人际交往心理问题而引起的校园惨案愈来愈多,对大学生的学习生活、心理健康以及成才发展造成严重影响。高校辅导员应采取树立榜样,培养学生人际交往能力,关注弱势群体等方法对大学生人际交往心理问题进行调适,帮助学生健康发展。

| Abstract: | In recent years,more and more tragedies on campus,due to interpersonal psychological problems,have severely impacted the undergraduates’ learning life,mental health,success and development.University counselors should adjust the psychological problems of the students in interpersonal communication and help their healthy development in the following ways: setting examples,training their interpersonal skills and caring for the disadvantaged groups. |
