| 摘 要： | 党内文化决定政党形象和政党生命力,党内文化建设的重要目标就是要将政党意识、政党制度和政党形象,与现代性接轨,完成一个学习型现代政党的转型;党内文化建设是学习型政党建设的主要内容、重要保障,学习型政党建设是党内文化建设的具体体现、重要途径,二者相辅相成、相互联系、互为前提、辩证统一。

| Abstract: | Inner-party culture decides the image and vatality of a political party.The important object of the cultural development within the party is to connect modernity with the party’s consciousness,system and image,so as to complete the transformation of a study-oriented modern party.The development of inner-party culture is the main content and important guarantee of the study-oriented party building,which is the specific expression and important way of its cultural development.Both complement each other with inter-relations while they are cross-referenced and mutually dependent with dialectical unity. |
