| 摘 要： | 服务外包是经济全球化的必然趋势,发展服务外包能促进我国产业升级、劳动就业、国外直接投资和技术进步。离岸服务外包加速发展,其中软件外包是最大热点。我国承接软件外包具有投资环境好、劳动成本低等优势和高质量的软件人才不足、软件企业规模小、品牌知名度低等劣势。发展服务外包必须转变观念、培养合格人才和建设国家品牌。

| Abstract: | Service outsourcing is an inevitable trend of economical globalization.The development of the service outsourcing can promote the industry to upgrade the labor employment,FDI increase and the technology advancement in our country.In accelerating the development of service outsourcing,software outsourcing is the biggest hot spot.In software outsourcing,China boasts some superiority such as a good investment environment,a low cost of labor and so on,but has some inferiority such as the high grade software talented person insufficiency,a small scale of the software enterprise,a low brand prestige and so on.To develop service outsourcing,we must revolutionize the conception,train qualified talented personnel and construct famous domestic brand. |
