| 摘 要： | 中国共产党始终成为中国工人阶级的先锋队与自觉成为中国人民和中华民族的先锋队 ,本质上完全一致 ,密不可分。不断增强中国共产党的阶级基础与扩大党的群众基础高度统一 ,不可或缺。“两个先锋队”与“两个基础”互为因果 ,相辅相成 ,完美统一。

| Abstract: | The resolution of the Chinese Communist Party to be the steadfast vanguard of the working class is consistent to its resolution to be the conscientious vanguard of the Chinese people and the nation, the two being inseparable. Likewise, the strengthening of the Party's class basis is highly integrated with the expansion of the Party's mass basis, and neither can be dispensed with. The "Two Vanguards" and the "Two Bases", being cause and effect to each other and complementing each other, form a perfect unity. |
