| 摘 要： | 高校基层党组织建设在促进党的整体建设、社会发展中发挥着不可替代的作用。文章对高校学习型党组织的内涵、基本特点、必要性以及其存在的问题进行探讨,并在此基础上提出如何合理设计其路径建设,促进党的基层组织建设在高校环境下更加合理、更加科学的发展。
