| 摘 要： | 文章分析了广东高校毕业生就业指导工作的现有状况,认为目前各高校就业指导部门的工作偏重于"就业安置",缺乏职业指导的理念,注重毕业生的就业率而忽视就业质量。为了转变这一局面,文章从政府和高校的两个方面提出了若干建议。

| Abstract: | Undergraduates in Guangdong Colleges and Universities face many pressures.The thesis analyses situation of employment and employment direction in Guangdong Colleges and Universities,and thinks that works of employment direction in Guangdong Colleges and Universities lay particular stress on "employment settlement",lack the idea of the career fitness program.Guangdong Colleges and Universities lack deep fusion with enterprise in promoting undergraduates employment,and government lack consideration and sustainment in encouraging and guiding enterprises proving fieldwork and employment.The thesis makes some suggestions from colleges and universities and government. |
