| 摘 要： | 秦王李茂贞是唐末地方割据政权的藩王，其所建立的岐秦政权偏居西秦近60年，在唐末五代的政治舞台上有重要影响。通过近年来对秦王王陵的考古发掘和对文献资料的研究，发现秦王陵兼具唐陵葬制和宋金墓葬的特点，在中国帝王墓葬史上具有承前启后的作用。
