论网络传播中网民的责任与素养

当网络使网民享有自由传播的权利时,网民责任和素养则成为当下净化网络空间、提高网络品质的一个重点。文章提出网民在网络传播中的责任问题,并结合已有的理论和现实基础,分析了研究这一问题的必要性,并针对性地提供了一些当前网民应着重培养的责任与素养。

On the Netizens' Responsibility and Literacy in the Internet Communication

When netizens enjoy the free communication on line,their own responsibility and literacy is also an important thing in cleaning cyberspace and improving quality of network.This paper puts forward the problem about the netizens' responsibility,explains the necessity of this issue with the existing theoretical and practical bases,and provides some proposals about the responsibility and literacy of current Internet citizens.
