| 摘 要： | 网络犯罪 ,特别是青少年网络犯罪已经成为一个严重的社会问题。长期以来 ,人们习惯于把青少年网络犯罪的责任归结为青少年的不成熟 ,这是一个极大的偏差。加强对青少年网络犯罪现象的研究 ,具有十分重要的社会意义。

| Abstract: | Network crimes, especially the network crimes committed by adolescents, have already become a serious social problem. For a long time past, people have customarily attributed the adolescent delinquency on the network to their immaturity, which is a great error. It has a great significance to the society to strengthen the study of the phenomenon of adolescent delinquency on the network. |
