| 摘 要： | 官员是国家机器的重要组成部分,其素质高低直接关系着国家的治乱盛衰,因此历代政府除制定严密的法律对他们进行监督外,还采取各种措施对他们进行为官之道的教育,以提高他们的道德修养,从而使他们能够更好的行使职权和履行职责。

| Abstract: | Official are the important part of national machinery, the level of their diathesis has close relation with peace or war, rising or falling, of a country. So the governments of past dynasties of China not only constituted rigorous laws to supervise their official, but also took many kinds of measures to foster the doctrines of the official, to increase their morals accomplishment ,thus make them better to exercise the authority of office and perform their duties . |
