| 摘 要： | 目前关于信息公平的研究主要关注信息权利的平等与接近信息的路径平等，而缺乏实现信息公平的主体能力保障策略的相关讨论，存在研究路径的缺失，这是技术迷思的当代表征。当代社会信息公平的策略建构迫切需要关注人的主体性问题。用媒介素养取代第八次课程改革中的信息素养，从制度设计上实施媒介素养教育、建构公民的媒介素养，有利于最终达成信息公平。

| Abstract: | The present researches on information equity mainly deal with the right of information equity and the approaches to it,lacking relevant discussions on how to guarantee subjective capability.It is urgent to focus on human subjectivity in realizing information equity.A favorable way is to replace information literacy with media literacy,and design an institution to implement media education and construct media literacy of the public. |
