| 摘 要： | 在论述土壤资源特点及其肥力水平的基础上，分析了土壤中影响产量的主要限制因素──“三化”与水土流失、干旱与大风及人为因素等。稳定耕地，改造中低产田，合理施肥，草四轮作，种树种草以及开发利用低洼易涝盐碱地等是提高土地生产力切实可行的措施。

| Abstract: | Main confine factors of effect yield in soil-salinization, degeneration,desert,soil erosion,dry,gale and artificial factor ect were analysed on the basis of discussing the characteristics and fertility leve of soil resources.Stabilize cultivated land,transform farmland of medium yield and low yield,apply fertilizer rationally rotation of cereal crops and grass,plant tree and plant grass,exploit and utilize saline -alkali land of low-lying land etc will be feasible measures of improving productive forces of land. |
