| Abstract: | Based on the present state of consulting industry development in Xi'an,the analysis is given to the internal advantages,disadvantages,external chances and the threats of the consulting industry development.Meanwhile,by the application of SWOT overall strategy analysis methods,strategy choice is made about the development of Xi'an information consulting industry.Finally,the adoption of SO strategy is decided,companied by the suggestion of specific countermeasures. |
