| 摘 要： | 人文社会科学研究中学科领域之间相互交融、学科领域进一步细分、实证研究方法大量被采用等新的特点的出现,使得人文社会科学学术评价面临新的挑战。健全和完善科学的学术评价机制,能够有效促进人文社会科学研究质量的提高,而不科学、不规范的学术评价机制则会阻碍人文社会科学研究的发展。在学术评价过程中,引用率、采纳程度以及成果转化的可行性应成为评价的主要依据,而"代表作"制度的采用也将有效提高人文社会科学的研究质量。
