Lewis酸—Lewis碱复合催化剂催化合成聚醚酮酮的研究

摘    要:研究了几种Lewis酸和Lewis碱组成的复合催化剂对合成聚醚酮酮特性粘度的影响,发现Lewis酸以AICl_3的催化效果最好。用适宜的Lewis碱和AICl_3组成复合催化剂时,可提高聚合产物的特性粘度。用滴加对苯二甲酰氯、部分蒸馏溶剂和对反应体系抽真空等方法可显著提高聚醚酮酮的特性粘度。

Abstract:That several kinds of compound catalyst of lewis acid-lewis base appear to influence the intrinsic viscosity of poly(aryl ether ketone ketone)has been studied ,we found the aluminum chloride is the best lewis acid catalyst which compounds with lewis base. When the compound catalysts made up of aluminum chloride with suitable lewis base, higher intrinsic viscosity PEKK will be obtained. Some methods, such as adding terephthaoyl chloride drop by drop ,distilling solvent partially and vacuumizing system ,make the intrinsic viscosity of PEKK rise significantly.
