| 摘 要： | 鉴于研究角度的不同,学术界对管理的逻辑起点尚无一致的观点;也鉴于管理的逻辑起点研究,有助于人们深化对管理理论的认识,有利于指导管理实践;因此,应充分理解管理的相关概念以及管理的价值本质,从历史学、社会学、心理学和管理学自身等多种视角,论证利益需要是管理的逻辑起点.

| Abstract: | At present,the study of the logical s tarting point of management will help people deepen their understanding of the man-agement theory,and guide the practice of management.Therefore,we must clearly comprehend the concepts relative to management and the essence of management value,and,from the different angles of history,sociology,psychology and management science,expound and prove the viewpoint that the need of i nterests is a logical starting point of management. |
