试析我国高等教育管理体制改革

At any times, the reform keeps pace with times closely. The establishment of higher education management system is the product of market economy. Against the background of the continu- ous opening of economic reform, the ceaseless innovation of science and technology and the improvement of people＇s living stand- ards, the reform of higher education management system should keep pace with the times. It should also strengthen the system of education for all - round development and make the ideas of humanistic education come true guided by Scientific Outlook on De- velopment. Under the system of macroeconomic regulation and control of central government adjusting control of the government, all levels of government management as a whole, comprehensive and advanced reform should be carried out to promote the inno- vation of higher education in China and to conform to the pace of higher education system in the world.
