| 摘 要： | 党的十六大以来,中国共产党站在"党内民主是党的生命"的高度,不断深化党内民主建设,创新了党内民主建设理念,完善了党内民主建设运行机制,使党内民主建设在理论认识和实践探索层面都取得了新的重大进展。本文试从党内民主建设理念创新角度,从三个维度对党员主体地位观的形成、党内民主发展动力机制更新、推进过程的可持续发展等内容进行相关探讨。

| Abstract: | Since the 16^th CPC national congress, knowing that ＂the inner- party democracy is the life of the party＂, the CPC has constantly deepened the inner - party democratic construction, innovated the inner - party democracy construction idea, per- fected the inner - party democratic construction operation mechanism so that the inner - party democratic construction enjoys new progress theoretically and practically. Considering the democratic construction concept innovation, this paper, from four dimen- sions, tries to analyze and discuss such contents as the formation of the principal position concept of the party members, the mechanism update of the inner - party democracy development force, and the sustainable development of advancing process. |
