| 摘 要： | 隐私是一个复杂的社会现实问题,个体隐私是通过隐私权得以实现的。隐私的特性具有哲学与文化意蕴,隐私分类的多样性折射出社会文化的多元性。隐私体现了人的个性、自由、人权和价值,也具有深厚的哲学与文化渊源。社会价值观的冲击使隐私出现商品化和异化现象,社会道德与法律界定了隐私权的限度。

| Abstract: | Among all the social problems,the privacy is probably the complicated one.The individual privacy is protected by the law on privacy.Privacy has the characteristics of philosophical and cultural implications.In the meantime,it reveals the diversity of social culture.What's more,it reveals personality,freedom,rights and value,and so on.Contradiction in social value is turning the privacy into a commercial and unnormal phenomenon.Social(morality) and law then has set a limit to define rights of privacy. |
